Room booking in the Mercure Gdańsk Hotel for the FEANI Annual Business Meetings is only available via Registration Form

Single and double rooms are available.
There is a possibility of booking one room only (single or double).
In the Travel and Accommodation section of the Registration Form you will be asked to indicate:

• arrival and departure dates
• room type
• number of nights booked
• arrival and departure flight number
• transfer to/from the hotel options

Prices:

Single room: 100 Euro/one night | Double room: 110 Euro/one night

Cancellation Policy

• Reservations cancelled thirty (30) days or more prior to the date of arrival will incur a 10% charge
• Reservations cancelled fifteen (15) to twenty-nine (29) days prior to the date of arrival will incur a one (1) night charge
• Reservations cancelled less than fifteen (15) days prior to the date of arrival will incur a 100% charge

To cancel your booking, email your cancellation request to abm2014@not.org.pl with the information below:

• Personal data from the Registration Form
• Registration Form Number
• Bank Account Number

Your request will be processed and if it complies with the cancellation policy we will refund the corresponding amount to the given bank account.
